01 -
Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners or use a 12-cup silicone muffin tray.
02 -
Distribute approximately 2 teaspoons of granola into the bottom of each muffin cup. Set aside.
03 -
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and diced strawberries. Use a pastry cutter or fork to mash the strawberries into the yogurt, leaving some small pieces for texture. Fold the mixture using a spatula until well integrated.
04 -
Spoon 2 tablespoons of the strawberry yogurt mixture into each prepared cup, spreading into an even layer. Gently tap the pan to level the surface.
05 -
Top each cup with about 1 tablespoon of chopped strawberries or a single strawberry slice.
06 -
Sprinkle roughly 1 teaspoon of granola over the strawberries on each cup.
07 -
Transfer the pan to the freezer and chill until completely firm, around 2 to 4 hours.
08 -
Remove the frozen yogurt bites from the pan. Allow to thaw for several minutes before serving.
