3 Ingredient Strawberry Yogurt Bites (Printable Version)

Creamy yogurt bites with strawberries and crunchy granola, frozen for a refreshing grab-and-go snack.

# What You'll Need:

→ Yogurt Cup Base

01 - 120 grams granola, plus additional for topping
02 - 240 grams yogurt of choice
03 - 120 grams fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

→ Topping

04 - 110 grams fresh strawberries, sliced or chopped
05 - 30 grams granola, crushed

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners or use a 12-cup silicone muffin tray.
02 - Distribute approximately 2 teaspoons of granola into the bottom of each muffin cup. Set aside.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and diced strawberries. Use a pastry cutter or fork to mash the strawberries into the yogurt, leaving some small pieces for texture. Fold the mixture using a spatula until well integrated.
04 - Spoon 2 tablespoons of the strawberry yogurt mixture into each prepared cup, spreading into an even layer. Gently tap the pan to level the surface.
05 - Top each cup with about 1 tablespoon of chopped strawberries or a single strawberry slice.
06 - Sprinkle roughly 1 teaspoon of granola over the strawberries on each cup.
07 - Transfer the pan to the freezer and chill until completely firm, around 2 to 4 hours.
08 - Remove the frozen yogurt bites from the pan. Allow to thaw for several minutes before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Store frozen yogurt bites in an airtight, freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. Allow a few minutes at room temperature before consuming for best texture.
