Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 150 g old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 360 ml milk
03 - 120 g strawberry Greek yogurt
04 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds

→ Fruit

05 - 110 g diced strawberries (fresh or frozen)

→ Optional Add-ins

06 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
07 - 60–120 ml water, if mixture is very thick

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - In a large bowl or 1-litre mason jar, combine oats, milk, strawberry Greek yogurt, chia seeds, diced strawberries, and protein powder if using.
02 - Stir well; if the mixture appears overly thick, gradually incorporate water until a creamy consistency is achieved.
03 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
04 - Stir the oats before serving and distribute evenly into three bowls or jars. Top with additional diced strawberries if desired.
