# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally in half, keeping the rolls attached. Set the top half aside.
03 - Place the bottom halves of the rolls in a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
04 - Spread mayonnaise evenly over the exposed surface of the bottom rolls.
05 - Add a generous layer of overlapping cheddar cheese slices over the mayonnaise.
06 - Pile sliced roast beef evenly over the cheese layer.
07 - Cover the roast beef with another generous layer of cheddar cheese slices.
08 - Place the top halves of the rolls over the assembled layers.
09 - In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, Dijon mustard, barbecue sauce, and poppy seeds together until combined.
