# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each slice.
03 - Scatter shredded mozzarella evenly onto each pepperoni slice.
04 - Bake in the centre of the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
