03 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Cheese and Garnish

10 - 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
11 - Chopped parsley, for garnish

→ Base Options

12 - Cooked cauliflower rice, mashed potatoes, or white rice

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced steak, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the steak forms a brown crust. Remove from skillet and set aside.
02 - Using the same skillet, add sliced onion, green and red bell peppers, and minced garlic. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
03 - Divide the cooked cauliflower rice, mashed potatoes, or white rice evenly into serving bowls.
04 - Top the base with the seared steak and sautéed vegetables. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and allow it to melt from the residual heat. For a crisp cheese finish, broil the bowls for 1 to 2 minutes if preferred.
05 - Finish with chopped parsley as garnish and serve immediately.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Broiling the assembled bowls briefly enhances the cheese texture but is optional.
