01 -
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
02 -
In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract. Beat until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
03 -
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
04 -
While the cake is baking, dust a clean kitchen towel evenly with powdered sugar.
05 -
Immediately after removing from the oven, invert the hot cake onto the prepared towel. Carefully peel away parchment paper. Starting from the short edge, gently roll the warm cake into the towel and let cool completely.
06 -
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until light and fluffy. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies evenly.
07 -
Once cooled, gently unroll the cake and spread the Oreo cream filling evenly over the entire surface. Re-roll the cake tightly without the towel. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
08 -
Remove plastic wrap and place the cake roll on a serving platter. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top, arrange whole Oreo cookies for decoration, and sprinkle with crushed Oreos for garnish. Slice into even pieces and serve.
