# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract. Beat until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
03 - Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
04 - While the cake is baking, dust a clean kitchen towel evenly with powdered sugar.
05 - Immediately after removing from the oven, invert the hot cake onto the prepared towel. Carefully peel away parchment paper. Starting from the short edge, gently roll the warm cake into the towel and let cool completely.
