Mummy Halloween Vanilla Cookies (Printable Version)

Festive vanilla cookies dipped and decorated for spooky Halloween treats everyone will love.

# What You'll Need:

→ Cookies

01 - 26 Vienna Fingers vanilla sandwich cookies

→ Candy Coating and Decorations

02 - 2 bags white candy coating (each bag approximately 12 ounces)
03 - 52 mini M&Ms

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Melt the white candy coating as directed on the packaging. Use a microwave at 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring after each interval until smooth, or melt in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, or over a double boiler for larger quantities.
02 - With a fork, dip each Vienna Fingers cookie into the fully melted candy coating, ensuring all sides are evenly coated. Gently lift and allow any excess coating to drip off.
03 - Place each dipped cookie onto waxed paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or leave at room temperature for at least 1 hour until the coating hardens completely.
04 - Melt a portion of the remaining candy coating and transfer to a small plastic bag. Snip off a tiny corner to create a piping tip. Drizzle in a mummy-like pattern over each cookie, then immediately press two mini M&Ms in place for eyes before drizzle sets.
05 - Allow decorated cookies to rest until the white chocolate drizzle is fully set and firm to the touch. Transfer to an airtight container or serve immediately.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze solidified cookies in an airtight bag for up to 4 months; thaw before serving.
02 - Only melt as much candy coating as you need for a few cookies at a time to prevent waste and to maintain coating quality.
