02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
03 - 3 tablespoons honey

02 - Melt honey and unsalted butter together in a microwave-safe bowl until fully combined.
03 - Place carrots into the slow cooker and pour the honey-butter mixture evenly over them. Add salt and pepper either now or after cooking, then toss to coat thoroughly.

05 - Once tender, toss carrots gently, garnish with chopped fresh parsley if preferred, and serve warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Using baby-cut carrots can reduce preparation time, but peeled and sliced carrots offer better glaze coverage.
