02 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

05 - 1/8 teaspoon salt, divided
06 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, divided

07 - 2 pounds salmon fillet

08 - 2 medium zucchini, sliced
09 - 12 cocktail tomatoes
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
11 - 1 lemon, sliced (optional)

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and half of the salt and pepper. Spread evenly over both sides of the salmon fillet. Place the salmon in the center of the baking sheet and optionally top with lemon slices.
03 - Season the sliced zucchini and cocktail tomatoes with the remaining salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and arrange them evenly around the salmon on the baking sheet.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
