Transfer whipped cottage cheese mixture to a mixing bowl. Fold in the Greek yogurt with a silicone spatula until homogeneous.

Layer serving jars starting with a base of crushed graham crackers, followed by the cheesecake mixture, more graham crackers, a layer of berries, and a final layer of cheesecake mixture.
