In a medium-sized bowl, mix together ground turkey, chopped spinach, red onion, minced garlic, fresh dill, fresh oregano, sea salt, black pepper, and crumbled feta cheese until thoroughly combined.

Divide the turkey mixture evenly into 6 portions and shape each portion into a small patty.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil to the pan. Arrange the patties in the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until patties are golden and reach an internal temperature of 74°C.

Serve two patties per person, optionally accompanied by tzatziki sauce, a green salad, or roasted vegetables.
