# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 5 g garlic powder
03 - 5 g onion powder
04 - 2 g smoked paprika
05 - 60 ml ketchup
06 - 15 ml yellow mustard
07 - 100 g shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella

→ Dough

08 - 1 can (450 g) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)

→ Garlic Butter

09 - 60 g unsalted butter, melted
10 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
11 - 16 g grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 2 g dried parsley

→ Garnish (optional)

13 - Sesame seeds or additional Parmesan cheese

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is fragrant and combined. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly before mixing in shredded cheese.
02 - Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each into a disk approximately 10 cm in diameter.
03 - Place a spoonful of beef and cheese filling in the centre of each dough circle. Fold dough edges upward and pinch to seal, forming a sealed ball. Arrange seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking tray.
04 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until each ball is golden brown.
05 - While baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
06 - Brush freshly baked cheeseburger bombs with garlic Parmesan butter immediately after removing from the oven. Optionally, garnish with sesame seeds or extra Parmesan. Serve warm, ideally with sauces such as ketchup, mustard, or ranch.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Refrigerated biscuit dough may be substituted with pizza dough or homemade dough for a custom texture.
02 - Incorporate pickles or jalapeños into the filling for additional flavour and variety.
