Tender lobster and scallops, finished in a bright garlic butter sauce, ideal for elegant low-carb dinners.

# List of Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 2 lobster tails, split lengthwise
02 - 225 grams large sea scallops

→ Sauce and Seasonings

03 - 60 grams unsalted butter, divided
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 15 millilitres olive oil
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
07 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

# How to Prepare:

01 - Split the lobster tails lengthwise to expose the meat. Pat the scallops dry and season both lobster and scallops with salt and black pepper.
02 - Heat 30 grams butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the lobster tails flesh side down and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until lightly golden. Flip the lobster, add 1 tablespoon garlic, and spoon melted butter over the meat for another 2 to 3 minutes until opaque and tender. Transfer lobster tails to a plate and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add olive oil and the remaining butter. Sear the scallops for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
04 - Stir in the remaining minced garlic and lemon juice into the skillet. Allow the mixture to cook for 1 minute until aromatic. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the lobster and scallops.
05 - Plate the lobster and scallops. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with a lemon wedge.

# Additional Information:

01 - Dry the scallops thoroughly before cooking to achieve a perfect golden sear.
02 - Take care not to overcook the lobster; aim for meat that is opaque and tender.
03 - Opt for fresh seafood and high-quality butter for optimal flavour.
