Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for a few minutes. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, approximately 1 minute.

Shred the rested chicken and toss with Italian seasoning.

Lay out tortillas, fill each with shredded chicken and a generous amount of cheddar cheese, then roll tightly.

Place wraps seam-side down in the prepared baking dish and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
