# What You'll Need:

→ Fish

01 - 4 pieces Arctic char, 6 ounces each

→ Sauce

02 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
03 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
04 - 2 teaspoons lemon juice
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Seasoning

06 - Salt to taste
07 - Black pepper to taste
08 - Chopped fresh parsley to taste, optional

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and position the rack in the upper third. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
02 - Pat Arctic char dry with paper towels and place skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Combine Dijon mustard, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until uniform.
04 - Evenly spread the mustard mixture over the top surface of each fish piece.
05 - Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, checking at 10 minutes for approximately 1/2-inch thickness.
