Whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.

Add rolled oats, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.

Gently fold 1 cup of blueberries into the batter, reserving 1/2 cup for topping.

Pour the batter into the prepared dish, scatter the remaining blueberries on top, and bake for 38 to 42 minutes until the center is set and edges are golden.
