Slice the pineapple into 1/2-inch thick rings. Quarter each ring and pat dry with paper towels.

Preheat the air fryer to 390°F. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, melted butter, and ground allspice. Stir until fully blended.

Toss the pineapple pieces in the brown sugar mixture until each piece is well coated.

Place pineapple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 to 6½ minutes, then flip and cook for another 6 to 6½ minutes. Repeat with remaining pineapple.
