# What You'll Need:

→ Liquids

01 - 1 cup prepared limeade
02 - 1/4 cup simple syrup
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
04 - 1/3 to 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
05 - Club soda, for topping

06 - Fresh basil leaves
07 - Lime wedges
08 - Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
09 - Sugar and salt, for glass rims

→ Others

10 - Ice cubes

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Slice lime into wedges. Moisten rims of serving glasses with one lime wedge each. Dip rims into a mixture of sugar and salt on a small plate to coat edges. Set aside.
02 - In a pitcher, combine prepared limeade, simple syrup, pomegranate juice, and fresh lime juice. Stir thoroughly. Adjust sweetness or tartness by adding extra simple syrup or lime juice to taste.
03 - Fill each glass one-third to halfway with ice cubes. Evenly pour the pomegranate-limeade mixture over ice.
04 - Top each glass with club soda for fizz. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf (gently pressed to release aroma), a lime wedge, and sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the top.
05 - Before drinking, plunge the basil leaf into the drink and squeeze the lime wedge over the top to enhance fresh flavor. Serve immediately.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Press basil leaves gently between fingers before adding to release aromatic oils.
