01 - 3 cups strawberries
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar or preferred sweetener
03 - 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice or zest from 1 lemon
04 - Pinch of salt

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Remove the stems from the strawberries and freeze until firm if not already frozen.
02 - Place strawberries, sugar, lemon juice or zest, and a pinch of salt in a high-speed blender.
03 - Process the mixture on high speed until a smooth consistency is achieved.
