Remove stems from strawberries and ensure they are fully frozen prior to use.

In a high-speed blender, combine frozen strawberries, sweetener, lemon juice or zest, and salt if using. Blend until the mixture forms a smooth sorbet consistency.

If utilizing a standard blender, allow the frozen strawberries to thaw slightly until they can be processed. Blend with remaining ingredients, then transfer the purée to an ice cream machine and churn as per manufacturer’s instructions.
