Golden fried donuts stuffed with creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberry filling, dusted with powdered sugar.

# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough

→ Strawberry Filling

02 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

→ Cheesecake Filling

05 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
06 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
07 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Frying & Garnish

08 - Cooking oil, for frying
09 - Powdered sugar, for dusting

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine diced strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Transfer to a bowl and let cool completely.
02 - In a medium bowl, blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Transfer mixture into a piping bag or a zip-top bag with a corner snipped.
03 - Gently flatten each biscuit dough piece with fingers, maintaining enough thickness to hold the fillings after frying without rolling too thin.
04 - Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F. Fry the prepared dough in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
05 - Once cool enough to handle, cut a small hole in the side of each donut. Pipe in cheesecake filling followed by a spoonful of strawberry filling. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Ensure the strawberry mixture cools completely before filling to prevent the dough from becoming soggy.
