# What You'll Need:

→ Cheesy Monster Meatballs

01 - 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey or chicken)
02 - 1 large egg
03 - ½ cup breadcrumbs
04 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
05 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
07 - 1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
08 - Black olives, sliced
09 - Mozzarella cheese slices for eyes
10 - Optional: parsley or Italian seasoning

→ Spooky Spaghetti

11 - 1 lb spaghetti (regular or black/purple pasta)
12 - Salted water for boiling
13 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
14 - Optional: red or green food coloring
15 - 3 cups marinara or spaghetti sauce

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Take a portion of the mixture, flatten it slightly, place a cube of mozzarella in the center, then roll into a ball, sealing the cheese inside.
02 - Arrange meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove and let cool slightly before decorating.
03 - While meatballs bake, cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Optionally add a few drops of red or green food coloring to the water. Drain and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.
04 - Warm marinara sauce over medium heat in a skillet or saucepan. Add cooked spaghetti, tossing to coat evenly. Keep warm.
05 - Once meatballs have cooled slightly, attach a small round mozzarella piece and a sliced black olive on each to create monster eyes. Use a small amount of sauce or mayonnaise to secure if needed.
06 - Place the spaghetti on a large serving platter. Nestle meatballs on top and drizzle additional sauce if desired. Serve warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For a creepier effect, add red or green food coloring to the pasta boiling water.
