Salmon baked in foil with honey, Dijon mustard, and chili garlic sauce for a subtly sweet, spicy flavor.

# List of Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 500 g salmon fillet
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Ground black pepper, to taste

→ Sauce

04 - 1.5 tablespoons honey
05 - 1 teaspoon whole grain Dijon mustard
06 - 1 teaspoon Asian chili garlic sauce or Tabasco sauce
07 - 0.5 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

→ Garnish

09 - Chopped fresh parsley

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 207°C. Rinse salmon under cold running water, then pat dry with paper towels. Place salmon on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Season both sides with salt and ground black pepper.
02 - In a bowl, combine honey, whole grain Dijon mustard, chili garlic sauce or Tabasco sauce, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir until the mixture is homogenous.
03 - Spread the spicy honey sauce evenly over the surface of the salmon. Fold the foil to create a sealed parcel, ensuring the salmon is fully wrapped.
04 - Transfer the foil parcel to a baking tray. Bake for 15–20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon, until just cooked through and moist.
05 - Unwrap salmon carefully. Garnish generously with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

# Additional Information:

01 - If whole grain Dijon mustard is unavailable, substitute with standard Dijon mustard.
