02 - 60 ml pickle relish
03 - 30 ml Dijon mustard
04 - 5 g sugar
05 - 7 ml white vinegar
06 - 3 g paprika
07 - 2 g onion powder
08 - 2 g garlic powder

→ Tacos

09 - 4 flour tortillas, 15 cm each
10 - 450 g lean ground beef
11 - Salt, to taste
12 - Black pepper, to taste
13 - 15 ml neutral oil (vegetable, canola or avocado)
14 - 4 slices American cheese or substitute preferred burger cheese
15 - 1 small onion, diced
16 - Dill pickle slices
17 - Shredded iceberg lettuce

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Divide the ground beef into four equal portions.
02 - Place a tortilla on the work surface and evenly spread one portion of ground beef across the entire tortilla so it covers edge to edge.
03 - Sprinkle the upper side of the beef evenly with salt and black pepper to taste.
04 - Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and lightly brush with neutral oil.
05 - Carefully transfer the tortilla meat-side down onto the hot surface. Press gently with a spatula to ensure the beef forms a thin layer against the pan.
06 - Allow the beef to cook without disturbing for 2–3 minutes until a golden-brown crust forms, then flip the tortilla and top the beef side with a slice of cheese.
07 - Cook the opposite side for 1–3 minutes, adjusting for preferred tortilla crispness while avoiding charring.
08 - Remove the finished taco from the heat and repeat the process for remaining portions.
09 - Top each with prepared burger sauce, shredded lettuce, diced onion, and dill pickle slices.
10 - Serve immediately while hot.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Prepare the sauce at least 30–60 minutes in advance to enhance its flavor; it can also be made the day before.
02 - Use 15 cm fajita-style flour tortillas. For smaller portions, use street taco tortillas and adjust the ground beef accordingly.
03 - Substitute the special burger sauce with preferred condiments as desired.
04 - For efficiency, utilize a griddle to cook multiple tacos at once. In a skillet, expect to cook one or two at a time.
05 - Store leftover sauce in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
06 - The sauce recipe yields a generous amount; halve the ingredients if needed.
07 - Feel free to use your preferred type of cheese in place of American cheese.
