01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
02 - 2 bags mini marshmallows (10 oz each), divided use
03 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
04 - 4 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
05 - 1 bag Rolo candies (12 oz), unwrapped

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with butter and set aside.
02 - In a large non-stick saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Once melted, add 1 and 1/2 bags of mini marshmallows, stirring continuously until fully melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
03 - Remove pan from heat and immediately fold in the crushed Ritz crackers. Stir in the remaining 1/2 bag of mini marshmallows until just incorporated.
04 - Quickly fold in the unwrapped Rolo candies, ensuring even distribution throughout the mixture.
05 - Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan using a buttered spatula. Press additional Rolo candies on top if desired. Allow to cool completely.
