09 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar
10 - 2 tablespoons milk, more if needed to thin

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-low heat. Stir in marshmallows and continue stirring until almost fully melted.
02 - Add pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and optional orange food coloring. Stir until smooth and fully melted. Remove from heat.
03 - Quickly fold in Rice Krispies cereal until every piece is coated evenly.
04 - Lightly grease a donut pan with nonstick spray or butter. Press the warm mixture firmly into each mold and allow to cool completely before removing.
