Pizza Sliders Pepperoni Cheese (Printable Version)

Soft rolls layered with mozzarella, pepperoni, sauce, baked with buttery parmesan crust.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls, connected

→ Cheese

02 - 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

→ Sauce

03 - 3/4 cup pizza sauce

→ Meat

04 - 20 slices dry cured deli-style pepperoni

→ Topping

05 - 1/3 cup salted sweet cream butter, melted
06 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Leaving the rolls connected, slice them in half horizontally to separate the tops from the bottoms. Set the top section aside and position the bottom section in the prepared baking dish.
03 - Evenly sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella over the bottom layer of rolls, then spread the pizza sauce across the cheese.
04 - Distribute 20 pepperoni slices in 5 rows of 4 slices each on top of the sauce. Sprinkle the remaining 1 1/2 cups mozzarella over the pepperoni.
05 - Carefully place the top section of rolls over the cheese layer.
06 - Using a pastry brush, coat the tops of the rolls with melted butter. Sprinkle grated Parmesan and dried Italian seasoning evenly over the buttered rolls.
07 - Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, carefully cut the sliders, and serve hot.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Cut the sliders while still warm for cleaner portions. For enhanced flavor, add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper before baking.
