Place the diced sirloin steak in the bottom of a 5-quart or larger slow cooker.

Sprinkle the ranch dressing seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the steak.

Distribute the sliced butter pats and pepperoncini peppers on top of the steak and seasoning.

Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours or on high heat for 4 hours, until the steak bites are tender.

If desired, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley before serving. Serve warm over mashed potatoes or rice.
