01 - 900 grams carrots, less than 1.3 centimeters thick, peeled
02 - 450 grams thin-sliced bacon
03 - 60 milliliters pure maple syrup

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Set the oven to 200°C and allow it to preheat fully.
02 - Tightly wrap one slice of bacon around each peeled carrot, starting at the thicker end. Ensure bacon layers do not overlap for even crisping.
03 - Place each wrapped carrot onto a wire rack fitted over a baking sheet, ensuring space between each carrot for air circulation.
04 - Bake for 25 minutes until bacon begins to crisp and carrots are becoming tender.
05 - Remove tray from oven and brush all surfaces of the bacon-wrapped carrots with maple syrup to glaze evenly.
06 - Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, or until bacon is deeply caramelized and carrots are tender throughout.
07 - Carefully remove carrots from rack and serve immediately while hot.
