Bright cookies made with jello mix—a fun, easy baking project with only four key ingredients.

# What You'll Need:

→ Cookie Base

01 - 497 grams snickerdoodle cookie mix (cinnamon-sugar packet excluded)
02 - 113 grams salted butter, melted
03 - 1 large egg

→ Gelatin Flavors

04 - 3 tablespoons (approx. 25 grams) red flavored gelatin powder
05 - 3 tablespoons (approx. 25 grams) blue flavored gelatin powder
06 - 3 tablespoons (approx. 25 grams) green flavored gelatin powder
07 - 3 tablespoons (approx. 25 grams) yellow flavored gelatin powder

→ Coating

08 - 200 grams granulated white sugar

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, blend cookie mix, melted butter, and egg until a uniform dough forms.
03 - Portion dough evenly into four small bowls. Knead 3 tablespoons of a different gelatin flavor into each bowl, creating four colored versions.
04 - Pour sugar into a shallow dish. Using a 2-tablespoon scoop, shape dough into balls and roll thoroughly in sugar, ensuring complete coverage.
05 - Space dough balls 5 centimeters apart on the prepared tray.
06 - Bake for 10–13 minutes, or until cookie tops are set and just beginning to show a golden hue. Remove promptly to avoid overbaking.
07 - Allow cookies to rest on the tray for 3–5 minutes before transferring to a rack or serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For best results, use your hands to incorporate gelatin powders fully into each dough portion to achieve vibrant colors.
