# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - In a bowl, combine shrimp with 2 tablespoons jerk sauce and 1/4 teaspoon adobo seasoning. Mix thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
02 - Bring salted water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add penne pasta and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until opaque and lightly browned. Remove shrimp and set aside.
04 - In the same pan, add crushed garlic, chopped bell peppers, and sliced green onions. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until aromatic and vegetables soften slightly.
05 - Pour in heavy cream, then add 1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning, 1 tablespoon jerk sauce, paprika, onion powder, and garlic seasoning. Stir and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
06 - Reduce heat to low and add mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheeses. Stir continuously until the cheeses melt and the sauce is smooth.
07 - Add cooked pasta and sautéed shrimp to the sauce. Toss thoroughly and let simmer for a few minutes on low heat. Serve immediately.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Marinating the shrimp enhances the flavor and ensures tender texture.
