Using a 1.5 tablespoon cookie scoop, portion the mixture and shape into tight balls with your hands. Arrange the meatballs about one inch apart on the lined baking sheets.

Return the meatballs to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cooked through and browned.

Line a separate baking sheet with paper towels. Transfer the meatballs onto it to absorb excess grease.
