Homemade Frozen Yogurt Easy (Printable Version)

Creamy, easy frozen yogurt made with Greek yogurt and fruit—quick to prepare and ideal for a cool, healthy treat.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 240 grams full-fat Greek yogurt (approximately 1 cup)
02 - 2 frozen bananas, sliced
03 - 160 grams mixed frozen fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or mango (approximately 1 cup)

→ Optional Sweeteners and Flavorings

04 - 15–45 millilitres maple syrup or honey, to taste
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Place Greek yogurt, frozen banana slices, and frozen mixed fruit into a high-speed blender or food processor. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract if desired.
02 - Blend on high until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Process for approximately 3–5 minutes, or until a soft serve consistency is achieved.
03 - Spoon the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Cover with a piece of parchment or plastic wrap to minimize freezer burn. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
04 - Remove the frozen yogurt from the freezer about 5 minutes prior to serving. Scoop into bowls and enjoy with desired toppings.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Allow the frozen yogurt to sit at room temperature before scooping for a smoother texture.
