→ Hot Honey (Optional)

23 - 1 tsp honey (7 g)
24 - 2 tsp hot sauce (10 g)
25 - Dash of chili flakes

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Combine chicken breast with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 30 to 60 minutes to tenderize and enhance flavor.
02 - Mix panko breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat marinated chicken thoroughly with this mixture.
03 - Lightly spray coated chicken with olive oil. Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway. Alternatively, bake at 390°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, turning once until golden and cooked through.
04 - Rinse cut potatoes under cold water to remove excess starch. For best crispiness, soak in cold water with a dash of baking soda for 30 to 60 minutes, then dry thoroughly.
05 - Toss dried potatoes with olive oil and season with peri peri salt, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
06 - Air fry fries at 390°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Cooking fries and chicken simultaneously is recommended for efficiency.
07 - Whisk light mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in grated Parmesan and adjust seasoning as needed.
08 - Combine chopped lettuce with Caesar dressing and toss gently until leaves are evenly coated.
09 - Mix honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes in a small bowl to create a spicy-sweet drizzle.
10 - Plate dressed salad with crispy chicken schnitzel and fries. Drizzle hot honey over chicken if desired and finish with additional grated Parmesan.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Soaking potatoes in water with baking soda promotes extra crispiness in fries.
