Soft sugar cookies encasing Hershey’s Kisses, finished with heart-shaped sprinkles for a festive touch.

# What You'll Need:

→ Candy

01 - 18 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
02 - 18 large heart-shaped candy sprinkles

→ Dry Ingredients

03 - 17.5 ounces sugar cookie mix
04 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1 large egg
06 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
07 - 3/4 teaspoon green gel food coloring

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a mini muffin pan with baking spray or line with paper liners and set aside.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk the egg and green gel food coloring until fully blended.
03 - Using a handheld mixer on low speed, blend sugar cookie mix, all-purpose flour, unsalted butter, and egg mixture in a large bowl for 2 to 3 minutes until thick dough forms.
04 - Scoop 1½ tablespoons of dough with a 1½-inch cookie scoop, flatten into a 3-inch disc, place a Hershey’s Kiss upright in the center, then carefully wrap sides around the candy and shape into a ball.
05 - Arrange dough balls in the prepared muffin pan, keeping Hershey’s Kisses upright. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until dough is set but not browned.
06 - Immediately place one heart candy sprinkle offset to the right from the center atop each cookie. Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Avoid overbaking to prevent browning; cookies should be soft around the edges and fully cooked at the center.
