Preheat grill to the lowest possible flame to prevent burning the bread.

Slice French bread in half lengthwise. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each half. Distribute minced garlic over sauce, then top evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese. Layer with pepperoni slices, cooked Italian sausage, olives, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion.

Place each topped bread half on a large sheet of aluminum foil and loosely wrap the foil around the edges to support the bread while allowing heat in.

Set bread halves on the grill over indirect heat. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, monitoring frequently, until cheese is bubbly and fully melted without burning the crust.

Remove from grill, garnish with Parmesan cheese, slice, and serve immediately.
