Garlic Dill Cucumbers Salad (Print-Friendly Version)

Crunchy cucumbers mixed with fresh dill and garlic add zest to any summer meal. Enjoy them cold as a tangy side.

01 - 500 g cucumbers, cut into spears

→ Seasonings

02 - 2 teaspoons salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

→ Aromatics

04 - 3 cloves garlic, crushed
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely minced

# How to Prepare:

01 - Wash cucumbers thoroughly and cut lengthwise into spears. Crush garlic cloves and finely mince fresh dill.
02 - Place cucumber spears, crushed garlic, and minced dill in a large mixing bowl. Add salt and black pepper.
03 - Toss all ingredients to combine thoroughly. Cover the bowl or transfer mixture into a ziplock bag. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to several hours to allow flavors to infuse. Note that longer marinating will produce softer cucumbers.
04 - Serve chilled as a side accompaniment to grilled meats, seafood, sandwiches or roasted potatoes.
