01 - Line a 9x13 inch straight-sided baking pan with parchment paper, allowing excess to overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a 3-4 quart saucepan over medium heat, combine granulated sugar, margarine, and evaporated milk. Stir constantly for 5-8 minutes until mixture reaches a rolling boil.
