05 - 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Slice tomatoes into 8 mm thick rounds. Finely chop garlic cloves, onion, and herbs of choice.
02 - In a bowl, combine chopped garlic, diced onion, chopped herbs, extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Mix well until thoroughly blended.
