11 - 0.5 teaspoon dried mustard powder
12 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
13 - 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
14 - 0.25 teaspoon dried ground thyme

→ Wings

15 - 4 pounds chicken wings, fully thawed
16 - 2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil

→ Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce

17 - 0.5 cup mayonnaise
18 - 3 to 6 tablespoons buttermilk
19 - 0.25 cup sour cream
20 - 2 to 3 ounces crumbled gorgonzola cheese
21 - 1 clove garlic, grated
22 - 0.5 tablespoon lemon juice
23 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
24 - 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a greased oven-safe cooling rack on top.
02 - Mix all dry rub components thoroughly in a small bowl and set aside.
03 - Toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil until evenly coated. Sprinkle half to two-thirds of the dry rub over the wings and massage to distribute evenly. Optionally use the full amount for a stronger flavor.
04 - Arrange the coated wings on the prepared rack and bake for 45 minutes until crisp and fully cooked.
05 - In a blender, combine mayonnaise, starting with 3 tablespoons buttermilk, sour cream, half of the gorgonzola, grated garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and kosher salt. Blend until smooth. Stir in remaining gorgonzola. Refrigerate until serving.
06 - Serve baked wings hot with chilled gorgonzola sauce and fresh celery and carrot sticks as accompaniments.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Adjust cayenne pepper to control spiciness. Use non-stick spray to ensure wings crisp properly without sticking.
