06 - 240 ml light cream or heavy cream
07 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano
08 - 50 grams parmesan cheese, finely grated
09 - 30 grams spinach, chopped, optional

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Pat chicken breasts dry. Season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to low. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 30 seconds, stirring constantly until fragrant.
04 - Pour cream into the skillet, stirring to deglaze the pan. Add Italian seasoning and grated parmesan cheese, whisking until the sauce is smooth and begins to thicken.
05 - Add chopped spinach, if using, and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until wilted.
06 - Return chicken breasts to the skillet. Spoon the garlic sauce generously over the chicken. Simmer for 1 minute to heat through, then remove from heat.
