Rinse the salmon fillets under cold running water and pat thoroughly dry with paper towels.

Combine honey, low-sodium soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl, stirring until homogeneous.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets in the pan, skin-side down, and cook for approximately 4 minutes until the skin is crisp and golden brown.

Flip each fillet and brush half of the honey garlic glaze over the tops. Continue cooking for an additional 3–4 minutes, or until salmon is opaque throughout and reaches an internal temperature of 63°C.

Drizzle remaining glaze over each fillet and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
