07 - 100 g Ritz crackers, crushed

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease the surface.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until homogeneous.
03 - Evenly coat each chicken tender in the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring complete coverage.
04 - Dredge each coated tender in the crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently so the crust adheres well.
05 - Place coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart for even heat circulation. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and an internal temperature of 74°C is reached.
