Place the peanuts in an even layer at the bottom of the crock pot.

Add white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, and toffee bits on top of the peanuts.

Cook on low heat for 1 hour, then stir thoroughly to coat all peanuts with the melted chocolate mixture.

Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low, preparing lined sheet pans with parchment paper meanwhile.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment-lined pans. Optionally sprinkle with festive sprinkles and sea salt.

Allow candies to cool completely until firm, approximately 30 to 60 minutes, before serving.
