08 - 3 packages instant ramen noodles (3-ounce packages, without seasoning)
09 - 1 pound diced boneless skinless chicken breasts
10 - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

→ Vegetables

11 - 1 cup diced red bell pepper (from 1 medium bell pepper)
12 - 1 cup sliced white button mushrooms
13 - ½ cup diced sweet yellow onion
14 - 1 cup broccoli florets, bite-sized
15 - 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
16 - 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
17 - 2 thinly sliced green onions (optional garnish)
18 - ½ tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional garnish)

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together regular soy sauce, dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, and white ground pepper. Set aside.
02 - Bring 6 cups of water to a low boil in a 3 to 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Add ramen noodles and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until just softened. Drain and rinse with cold water; set aside.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a 10 to 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken breasts and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until fully cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tablespoons vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sauté diced red bell pepper, sliced mushrooms, and diced onion for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly tender. Add broccoli florets and cook briefly until broccoli turns bright green. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for 1 minute.
05 - Return cooked chicken to the skillet with vegetables and stir to combine. Turn off heat. Add cooked noodles and pour prepared sauce over mixture. Toss gently with tongs until evenly coated.
06 - Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately while hot.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Rinsing the noodles after cooking prevents overcooking and helps maintain their texture.
