# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced chicken, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and garlic salt. Stir and cook until the chicken is nearly cooked through.
02 - Add minced onion and garlic paste to the pot. Stir well and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the onions are soft and translucent.
03 - Pour in the pasta sauce and chicken stock. Add rigatoni pasta and stir to combine. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 12 to 14 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente.
04 - Stir in ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese into the pasta. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Cover and allow the cheeses to melt. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
