# What You'll Need:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 2 to 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
02 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
03 - 1 large egg, whisked
04 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
05 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
06 - Vegetable oil, for frying

→ For the Bang Bang Sauce

07 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
08 - 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
09 - 1 to 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

→ For Assembly

11 - Slider rolls
12 - Fresh lettuce leaves
13 - Pickle slices
14 - Additional desired toppings

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Cut chicken breasts or tenders into pieces sized appropriately for the slider rolls. Season evenly with salt and black pepper.
02 - Dredge each chicken piece in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into the whisked egg, then coat thoroughly in panko breadcrumbs.
03 - Heat a layer of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken pieces in batches for 3 to 4 minutes per side until deeply golden and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
04 - In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar. Whisk until smooth, adjusting sriracha to achieve preferred spice level.
05 - Layer a lettuce leaf and a pickle slice on each slider bun base. Place a hot fried chicken piece on top, drizzle generously with Bang Bang sauce, and finish with the top bun. Serve immediately while warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the pan during frying to maintain proper oil temperature.
