# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Place candy canes in a sealed plastic bag and crush into small pieces using a rolling pin.
03 - In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until mostly melted, leaving a few chips intact. Remove from heat and stir until fully melted and smooth.
04 - Incorporate peppermint extract and 1 cup of the crushed candy canes into the melted mixture.
05 - Immediately pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of crushed candy canes evenly on top, pressing them lightly into the surface.
06 - Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
07 - Remove from baking dish using foil, cut into squares, and serve.
