01 -
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Rub each fillet evenly with olive oil, then season generously with Cajun seasoning and salt as needed.
02 -
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side up in the skillet and sear for 3 minutes until a golden crust develops. Flip fillets so the skin side is down and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
03 -
While the salmon cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic, stirring to combine. Allow the sauce to simmer gently for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
04 -
Pour the honey butter sauce over the seared salmon fillets in the skillet. Continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes, regularly spooning sauce over the fillets until salmon is fully cooked and coated.
05 -
Once the salmon is glazed and cooked through, garnish with chopped parsley, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
