01 -
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a small baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.
02 -
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected as a slab. Place the bottom half on the prepared baking sheet.
03 -
In a small saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and stir in ¾ cup buffalo sauce until well blended.
04 -
Add shredded chicken to the buffalo butter mixture and stir thoroughly to coat evenly.
05 -
Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the bottom half of the rolls. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and blue cheese evenly on top.
06 -
Cover the cheese layer with the top half of the rolls, maintaining the slab form.
07 -
Melt the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter and whisk in 2.5 tablespoons ranch seasoning until combined. Brush this mixture generously over the top of the rolls.
08 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted. Cover loosely with foil if tops brown too quickly.
09 -
Remove from oven, cut sliders apart, and serve warm.
